What we publish

This site publishes health calculators and supporting explanations for a UK audience. Each calculator page covers what the tool measures, how to use it, how to interpret results, the formula or methodology, a worked example, limitations, authoritative sources, related calculators and FAQs.

Independence and verification

Content is produced independently. We do not accept payment in exchange for favourable results or rankings, and we do not imply any NHS endorsement. Clinical calculators are only published after verification of the formula, thresholds, units, source version and limitations against authoritative UK references. Pages carry author, reviewer, source and last-reviewed fields.

Updates and corrections

Guidance changes, so pages are reviewed periodically and updated with the source version and review date. Errors are corrected through our Corrections Policy, and substantive changes are logged. If we publish or withdraw a calculator, we do so transparently.
